Laurent is the engineer who participated in the discovery and the success of several great names in French music during the last decade. He is one of the today's most famous French producers. After ten years of classical piano, he devoted himself to sound engineering and rapidly made a name for himself. Since working freelance, Laurent purposely diversified his artistic choices and is now able to access a multiplicity of music styles thanks to the technical knowledge he acquired. Producing is for him the ideal opportunity to highlight his sensitivity. On a more personal level, Laurent has equipped himself with Protools as well as with a mini studio, where he continues his experimentation in the phonic and instrumental areas, as far as time allows. He remains very attentive to the development of new music trends.

Technical information

Laurent was « breed » to the old school 24 analog tracks, so he is able to handle very well all type of format, either analogic or digital. In his studio « Warm Igloo », Rue de Lappe in Paris, he programms, pre or post produce, and mix on a Pro Tools HD3 with analogic filters and reverbs. But of course, above all, he really loves to sit in front of a big Neve or SSL, would it be in Paris, L.A., Dakar or Bombay.
