Bruno first started as the house engineer at La seine Studios, and distinguished himself rapidly following his passion for the technical side of his work as well as his musical eclecticism. As a fan of groove, pop rock and songs that can be called “classics”, Bruno has naturally been working alongside artists with diverse musical styles and with whom he solidified a relationship leading to a real artistic collaboration after many years. Artists, Producers and A&R have been really appreciative of his listening capacity as well as his ever-growing wish to pay special attention to the personal touch of each participant. Without a doubt this young bass player has convinced all who worked with him, that he is one of the top sound engineers leading the French Scene. We can now say that Tyrone Downie, Tiken Fakoli, Eiffel, Benjamin Biolay have one common denominator: Bruno Dejarnac.

Technical information

In studio, I've been working mainly on Pro tools, wich I know on my finger tips, for nearly ten years now. I own a DIGI 001. But depending on the projects, It can be necessary to use analogic set up, on 24 tracks, the use is harder and technical possibilities are decreased then but the sound tone gets warmer, wich I like very much. I like especially NEVE sound desks, but I also know my SSL's, and most of the studio desks. I like live takes, big recording rooms where you can have lots of surrounding microphones to get the sound more realistic, closer to the actual human ear perception during a live act.
